RGH Partners ("RGH") has acquired 3 parcels along St. Louis Street consisting of approximately 1.5 acres and 40,000 SF of warehouse space. Concurrently, RGH has developed a plan to redevelop the existing warehouse space for self-storage to serve the needs of those migrating back towards Mobile's urban core. Staying in it's lane as a MU/MF Development Firm, RGH has secured a Purchaser for the Self-Storage Conversion Development Opportunity. RGH will develop and operate the Mixed-Use portion of the development.
